Project Management
Design Review & Management
KMP provide a full project management service from inception through to completion. Guiding projects to successful outcomes with rigorous attention to detail, process, value and quality.
KMP’s role ensures that the contracting team and the consultant team work collaboratively and effectively to deliver the best possible outcomes.
KMP can take an active role in the review and management of the design process. Planning and Coordinating the design output of both Consulting and Construction teams This service helps to ensure that the project design, key to any projects success, runs efficiently and effectively.
Contract Administration
Team Building
KMP are experienced contract administrators, delivering projects across a range of contract forms (Traditional, Design & Build, Construction Management). KMP also frequently act as Employer Representative, providing oversight and ensuring quality on behalf of the Employer.
Drawing upon their extensive network KMP identify and manage the appointment of potential Architects and other key consultant roles (Interior Designers, Engineers, Planning Consultants, Historical Consultants etc.).
Procurement Planning
Project Programming
KMP work closely with Clients to help identify the most effective procurement route for their project. This service helps to ensure that the client’s aspirations in terms of cost, risk and timescales are carefully considered and reflected in the chosen form of contract.
KMP provide advice and tracking on anticipated project durations for design, planning and construction phases.
This service helps to assist in setting key project milestones and target dates.
