Kirkwood McLean were appointed as Project Manager and Delivery Architect for the development and construction of a substantial Georgian style, new-build home located in the South Downs National Park. The works included the construction of a new substantial family home, a new cottage annex and garage as well as extensive landscaping, designed by Jinny Blom

 

Working in collaboration with Ian Adam Architects, Kirkwood McLean delivered the Stage 4 and oversaw the stage 5 design and construction works on site. KMP undertook a dual role, including Project Management with duties including appointments, regulatory compliance, onward development (stage 2 pool house and landscaping).
