KMP were engaged for the design development and construction of a contemporary wellness centre, including sauna, steam room, pool and gym. The project was an extension to a substantial Grade !!* listed property in the Surrey Hills.

 

The project role involved the progression of RIBA stage 4 & 5 design on behalf of the incumbent Contractor (R.W. Armstrong) and overseeing the build through the construction process. The project expanded KMPs understanding and experience of working with heritage buildings on complicated sites
