Kirkwood McLean collaborated with Rossco Properties to undertake the Project Management of a substantial new Iron-stone family home and estate near Hook Norton in the Cotswold’s.

 

The project included the formation of a substantial basement, swimming pool, car garage, staff accommodation and a entertainment barns which provided the Client with space to store and display an extensive collection of vintage cars. The project also included remodelling of the landscape, the creation of new entrance wall/gates, a new lake, driveway and terracing.

 

The project was procured traditionally with Kingerlee appointed as the Main Contractor.  Ascot Design were the Architect and Alice Blue undertook the Interior Design.
