South Downs House and Garden

Kirkwood McLean acted as Project Managers for the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Burgate House. The scheme involved a full renovation and extension, as well as modifications to the Gertrude Jekyll gardens. Working with Mitchell Evans Architects and Whaleback, a successful planning application and tender process was undertaken with Brickfield Construction chosen to develop the scheme.
